So I've been here many times and unfortunately last week I was very disappointed. Their foosball machine ate our quarters. We... asked if they could fix it, and said no, we told them we had already put the quarters in and we were told "sorry". no refund, nonothing. And I know it was only like $1.50, but the attitude is what really bothered me. We were polite when asking for help,and explaining the situation. Even worse, this had happened once before and one of the gentlemen in the back fixed it, that timethey were very kind. We saw him there on this night and stated he had fixed it for us in the past and we were told with attitude"he's to busy to fix it". I give them stars in their pizza is good. HOWEVER, we ordered the cinnamon knots and it tasted likegarlic knots that they put butter and cinnamon on, not good. This is truly a shame because we like to have our employeegatherings here. ??????????? Hoping that it's just a staffing issue. I know we all have bad days, but it's no way to treatcustomers. Amazing place, super friendly to thru-hikers. If you?re hiking the AT you gotta stop in! Hikers get a free slice of pizza... (choice of Mushroom, plain or pepperoni). Phil is a legend, super kind and the owner is a former thru-hiker. If you find thehomage to the trail in the bar, they may give you a free beer too! Read more

I so was looking forward to the 3 Large Pizzas being delivered tonight. I gave Ramuntos a 2 rating because I requested a 6pm... delivery and the driver appeared at 5:59. WOW, that was great! The pizza was not great. In fact the crust was not thin andcrisp- it was fat, doughy and tasteless. The toppings were sparse/ but on the meatball pizza, that turned out to be a goodthing! My mainstay order has been Green pepper, Onions, Pepperoni and Olives. How can that not be good? I will tell you, thecrust was so thick and doughy, the toppings had no chance of being tasted. The staff here is INCREDIBLE! We just did a large group event here and they were awesome!!! Dani is really helpful to work with,... staff on hand always goes to every effort to take care of our group. And the pizza is AMAZING. Throw your event here and youwon't be disappointed.
