Not sure where the "clean" comments are coming from. The tables are always dirty here. Last time I went they randomly closed at... 5pm on a Sunday instead of what's posted online 9pm. It looked like they hadn't cleaned the tables all day but right at 4pmdecided they were going to start cleaning and get uncomfortably close to us while they did it. The drinks were gross. This Starbucks is NEVER open anymore, I used to stop here in the morning a few times a week but I haven?t been in almost 2... months because every time I want to stop it?s either closed or the website says it?s open and I get there and there?s a sign onthe door saying they?re closed. Some days they just don?t open at all and if you call to see if they?re open, they just don?tanswer the phone. Really disappointing, I wish they would just move out so a more reliable business could move in that wouldactually be open once in a while. At this point it?s just a waste of space on Main Street. Most disrespectful manager. They are never open on time either making it very difficult to stop to get a coffee in the morning.... I wish I had a better experience. Looks like I?ll be going somewhere else to get decent coffee. Read more
This Starbucks is Very Beautiful! It it kept clean, the people working in this Store were so Polite & made My drink perfect!!... Which is seems to be hard for other employees of other Starbucks...... Update: customer service, bathroom cleanliness and WIFI have all declined in the past year. That coupled with the parking which... is harder to come by, make this location less desirable than its counter part in Lebanon. This is now one of two locations inthe Upper Valley and the original location. The place can be a good work camping spot especially if you get one of the nooktables or single tables, of which they now have a few. WiFi is consistent and strong (unlike location in WestLebanon). Service can be slow at peak hours and the line can be quite long. Most baristas are pretty impersonal with fewexceptions. Can be busy at times so it can get noisy and finding a seat is not always easy. Another downside for this locationis finding parking and having to pay for it since there is no dedicated parking lot or structure.. Read more
