I do not think a lot of customers/reviews are familiar with *authentic* Mexican food - as growing up with a a Mexican... friend/family in western Oklahoma, I ate a lot of Mexican style food (I think that\'s why I love it so much - which makes meincredibly picky too ????) HOWEVER this is really good for the Tex-Mex style. (I\'m sorry, but mexican food does not put friesin their burritos, silly friends!). But as I said, VERY GOOD food! I LOVE the fries in the burrito, regardless, and it was veryyummy! I personally could have used more salt, but that\'s not anything against the food. I just like my food a little saltier,so I can\'t blame or be upset with them. Plus, salt is tricky to do in general for food businesses. I do VERY MUCH appreciatethat the avocados were fresh and not mushy, as I feel like most restaurants give you \'bleh\' ingredients and everything tastedvery fresh! We stopped at the truck after going Black Friday shopping around Target/Pet store. The customer service was amazing!The lady was very nice, and brought the food to our vehicle in the drizzly rain and chilly air for us and it was incrediblyfast! Tried them today and was very pleased with their food. Wonderfully prepared with delicious ingredients. Had the Tacos de... Carnitas?.fresh and tasty and the El Vegan Bowl ? plenty to make at least four more tacos and the best was their Chiles enVinagre?.pickled peppers, garlic, onions and, my favorite, crunchy carrots?wonderful hit of heat and texture. We have had The Box cater lunches at our office twice. Both times were great.\n\nThe food is very good and there are options for... everyone. I particularly like the Cali Burrito.\n\nEveryone is talking about when we are going to have them again.\n\nI highlyrecommend The Box. Read more

We booked The Box Food Truck for a late Administrative Professional\'s Day celebration for a work event. It was last minute ... and for 500 employees. Caleb and Bonnie were very quick to respond, very professional and had excellent communication before,during and after the event. We worked extraordinarily well together and the event was a huge success. The food was authenticand delicious. Caleb and Bonnie have earned a whole lot of praise from all of the staff that attended.
