I ordered ahead for lunch, and when I got there the dining area was closed and they were having everyone with an online order go... through the drive-thru to pick up their order. Bummer, but okay. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for my food, and my friendwaited nearly an hour for her lunch. My sandwich was good but the mac and cheese was cold by the time I got to eat it. Iunderstand that this isn't the fault of the staff, and I give a lot of credit to all of the staff for keeping a level head evenwhen customers were frustrated. Management really needs to do better to communicate to both its patrons and staff when there isan issue. They should have suspended online orders to prevent frustration on the customer's part and undue stress on theirworkers. Read more

Repeatedly disappointed with what should be a simple, relatively quick, somewhat enjoyable meal. Panera lately has been a sign... of the times and the state of the economy. Nothing is reasonably priced, it's slapped together and served in alonger-than-expected timeframe. WiFi here is hit or miss; just kind of enough to get buy for an hour or two if you have tobecause you're working remotely and need to jump on a call. Anything with egg in it is likely not made with egg, but a liquidegg substitute. Basically everything is a carb fest and if you are expecting protein or meat, you're eating in the wrongestablishment. Foods great as usual however I would recommend people to order online and go for pick up instead going there and order. We were... group of two and had to wait for 40 mins which is ridiculous. It?s crowded to sit inside, had to sit in the car until the ordersready. Read more
Save your time and money by going elsewhere. I waited over 30 minutes before getting a refund, leaving people who arrived ahead... of me still waiting. Despite backup of customers, I observed idle and underutilized employees. Very poorly run location. Read more
Food is meh. It?s a Panera so don?t expect much. Honestly my biggest gripe is how slow the internet is. I always wondered why... this Panera was always empty and this is why. Honestly people just restart you modem/router, because that things struggling.10kbps is not internet.. Read more
I?m shocked to review a Panera Bread (they?re all the same, right?), but WOW this is night and day to other locations. The... sandwich was slapped together (chicken on one side of the half avocado on the other). The cinnamon bagel had the topping dumpedin the center. It was almost sad. The brownie was ok, but it isn?t like they?re melting chocolate in the back to make homemadebrownies. Do yourself a favor and drive to East Hanover or Parsippany. Super slow when you order for pickup from the app. Food is decent but need faster service.
