Yet again, coffee had wrong mix and food order had wrong sandwich. I never noticed wrong order contents until arriving at work.... I poured coffee down the drain, and tolerated the sandwich received. I will no longer be tempting fate with this drive throughlocation anymore. No reason for this service at all, the drive through was not even busy when I pull through. Read more
Took 25 minutes to get food, food was cold, cheese slices not even on the burger and most of toppings don't even end up on the... burgers. Garbage was overflowing, tables were sticky and gross. Read more
Ordered 2 crispy bacon deluxe, one combo, one just the sandwich. Got to the hospital to have lunch with my inpatient son only... to find out that we received 2 hamburgers. Why this is a problem....I don't eat beef and would never have ordered beef. Thecashier keyed it in wrong and never thought to ck the receipt until I was in his room. That's 25$ in the garbage. Extremely RUDE workers who yell at customers and try to prevent family of person ordering to use bathroom. Also closed dining... room an hour early even though there was clear post that new hours didn't start til following week. Workers talk across theentire back area in language other than english and were extremely rude to their new employee in training. Usually this place is really good, but my boyfriend got me an iced coffee and there was a fly in my cup and didn?t realize until... I was done drinking it. I have a severe vomiting problem when it comes to bugs so I was in the bathroom throwing up for half anhour. Probably won?t ever get a drink from there again Read more
Stopped in "for the last time" Tuesday evening. Purchased the Giant Big Mac Combo. Approximately 10 fries, which were cold, no... napkins and the Big Mac literally fell to mush when I picked it up. It was also cold. All for close to $15.00! Read more
I want to give the McDonald?s in my hometown the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, I just cant. I have nothing good to say. I... am usually someone who goes through the drive thru because I?m just grabbing something quick, but sometimes the lines are justtoo long and I resort to going into the restaurant to order. Within the past couple of months, I?ve gone into the restaurant ahandful of times and every single time I?ve been in there, I hear the manager yelling at their staff who are working either thefront counter or the drive thru. Don?t get me wrong, I understand how fast paced this working environment can be, but as far asI?m concerned, under no circumstances should you be yelling at your staff. What are they learning by being yelled at? Yesterdaymorning I went into the restaurant to order an iced coffee. The manager who I?m referring to was working once again. They hadone girl working the front counter. There were quite a few of us customers in the restaurant. I waited over 10 minutes for mycoffee, but I was okay with it because the only girl working was trying her best. She was busy. All I could hear in the 10-15minutes I was in there was the manager yelling at his staff. Ordering them around. Telling them they weren?t doing thingsproperly or good enough. I was mind boggled and so disappointed. The girl working the front counter solo, handed me my icedcoffee in tears. How horrible is that. I tried calling the McDonald?s to speak with the supervisor of the store about what I hadwitnessed. I was told he would call me back. I haven?t heard anything.
