Normally, they are quite dependable as long as you don't need to make a change. However, after ordering online and realizing I... missed the spot to change the pickup time, I called immediately to tell them I needed to make the change before they started it. They asked to put me on hold and left me there for ten minutes before I hung up and called back to find out they were puttingthe pizza in the oven while I waited and I won't be heading there for over two hours. When I indicated I won't be there untilmuch later, they basically shrugged me off and then hung up on me. I had already paid but this is definitely not good customerservice. Two different staffers on the phone, each one less than the other :( Follow-up: someone there realized the occurrenceand made a fresh pizza prior to actual scheduled pick up. I tried to place an order online and on the website it did not work and did not go through. It told me on the app to call pizza... hut directly to let them know I proceeded to call pizza hut to let the cashier clerk know that the app was not working and herudely said it is not his problem and he hung up the phone. I called pizza hut back to place my order and when I was placing myorder the guy that was taking my order by the name of Bhavik 2 was very rude and cut me off and saying anything else. Anythingelse? Anything else? He did not let me put my order in properly or say what I wanted before he kept cutting me off.
