Excellent service. Subs were made fast and all ingredients were fresh including the bread. I know exactly how Subway should... taste and how a great sub is made ( I was a manager for 7 yrs ). Wife went to order tonight 905 closes at 10, 2 lady's working one lady said sorry had to close early while girl at the back... yelled "get out of the store" what a joke. Well sandwich artist of you don't like your job get another. Complete bs looks reallybad will be calling your manager. Completely unacceptable. Read more
Food is always good. The only gripe I have is that they often miss something on online orders ie. Not Toasted, missing Avocado,... etc. Mistakes happen though. I still go there frequently! Service is good, and usually fairly fast if the line isn't too long.My favourite fast food place in Hanover for sure! Read more
Absolutely ridiculous place to go. I have been 3 times to subway and I have always felt that the staff needs a proper training.... Poor customer service always being rude with not just me but with most of the customers. I don't know what owners are doing.There have been lots of complaints about one person I guess he is the manager. He doesn't have sense of speaking. Foot long wasridiculously made. Wasted my time and money on it. I would recommend everyone to try other places in town which has the samesort of concept like subway. If you want similarity.
