Put an order in for pickup and when I arrived I recieved text to wait in car until further instructions. 20 minutes passed the... pick up time I went into store to inquire. Gave them my name and they handed me food without speaking to me. Very oddexperience. Wouldn't reccomend. Regretted tipping ahead of time. Read more

It was okay after we got what we ordered. Used a coupon for 2 meals, an appetizer and dessert. It was a good thing we checked... the order before we left, since we were missing a salad and dressing, sour cream, and plum sauce. They went back in to get thoseitems, and still missed one, so had to wait again. After we got home, one chicken wing was burnt. Other than that, the rest wasgood - spring rolls, potato, bun. Staff were still pleasant. ...Now that I think of it, the cheesecake did not have a topping,but there is a fruit topping in the pic when I checked online. If it was supposed to come with that, we didn't get thateither. Assuming there was an issue that day, and that hopefully it's better next time! Read more

Portion size disappointing My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to my favourite Swiss Chalet tonight. We even added a... $2.99 side of coleslaw for an extra. Our mouths kind of dropped seeing the side of coleslaw. It didn't even fit half thecontainer! Getting home with our meal further disappointed us with the minimal number of fries in each of our dishes. We paidover $30 for our 2 meals and certainly felt short changed. The upside? The chicken and sauce were delicious as always. Read more
