Terrible experience last evening only 2 people working waited over 30 minutes they brought food out it wasn?t all there and my... daughter?s sandwich wasn?t right the girl went back in to get the rest and my husband bite into chicken tender it was raw insideabsolutely not expectable! I love Arby's food, but this location gets the simplest stuff, wrong, on a regular basis. I even went inside, so I could watch... them make my order, last week, and they still got it wrong. Was in there for lunch today. Store was filthy. Food wasn?t terrible, even though they were out of rolls? Which was crazy to me... considering it?s a SANDWICH place. Family went to eat here today and the woman on the intercom asked what we wanted to order. We begin and are quickly told to... ?shut up?. My mother politely asks that she not be rude and is immediately shouted at that if we do not leave the police will becalled?! I have worked in both food service and guest relations before and have never seen or heard of someone from theworkplace side treating a patron this way. Both of my sandwiches weren't fully cooked. They had a red tint to the meat. My French dip wasn't cut all the way through. The 2... employees seemed to hate their lives. They had no customer service skills at all. I ordered my first sandwich and after that anemployee said that they aren't taking any more orders. Confused I ordered my second sandwich and then he the system is givinghim a problem. He took my order and I paid. I will never order from this Arby's ever again. Staff is absolutely wonderful! Best service I've ever gotten, and the GM (I think) a girl named Tiffany really we t out of her... way to make sure myself and the other patrons had a pleasant experience. It was also close to c losing time and I m sure thestaff was tired because you can see how hard they work, but they never showed it a bit, they were kind and fast as if the dYjust started. Just really cool to know some people still care. I hope they know some people still really appreciate kindness,and see how hard they work!! Read more
Had to wait a bit in the drive-thru but the wait was worth it. The Diablo chicken sandwich is hotter than a fast food restaurant... deserves to make. The fries are also very hot. If you normally eat hot lava then this is probably tame but it is gonna be thehottest fast-food around... and tastes great. Read more
