Every time we get anything from here it is absolutely terrible! The wings are mediocre at best and for a company named after... their wings that is unacceptable. We had a gift card to use tonight and ordered 50 wings and ordered celery and ranch withthem. 4 small slivers of celery and 1 container of ranch to go with 50 wings! Please read all of it to understand rating. Waitress was fantastic very outgoing. They however don't know how to do wings. The... skin was very soft and slimy. I would think a place like this would know to ask if you want crispy skin. Slimy skin is a turnoff. Also my wife's hardly had any sauce on them. We got the wings within 5 minutes of ordering so obviously was already cooked.Best wings is hook and ladder on tug hill. Was not a good meal. Since I posted this I have not gotten a response. Not happy. Okmanager called me and gave us 20 free wings this time they were perfect! I changed rating to 5 stars. They were very apologeticabout last meal they assured me that was not normal. This crew was on point. We were sat, served, and finished in 45 minutes. The food was really delicious and worth the trip. I had... boneless wings and we also munched on the trio dippers, which the guacamole is amazing. I will definitely be going back. Read more
Well where do I begin, everything at Buffalo Wild Wings is good the place is clean and they keep everything in check while you... are dining in or taking out or whatever. But I was there tonight and I had my first ever bad experience of the place since theplace opened way back when. First, I told my waitress (her name was Serenity) that I wanted boneless wings and she wrote itdown. Once I received them they were traditional and I questioned her about it and she was gonna take them back and probs throwthem away. I simple asked if I could eat them since they were already out and made and I do work in food service and I hate whenI have to waste food because someone doesn?t want it or it is to cold etc. but then I asked for my wings i asked for eitherfree or simply taking off the traditional wings from my bill. Well when I got my bill it was 45 dollars and I was wondering whyit was so much. To my dismay I was charged still for the traditional wings and the boneless wings I asked for to go because ofthe mess up. It would have been nice if she said I?m sorry my fault I?ll get a manger for you to fix it, or simply just takenthe traditional wings off but she didn?t even do that. I had to call corporate to even resolve the matter because I got home andlooked at my bill again and saw that it was on there (I live about 15 20 minutes away wasn?t running back into the store to fixit). Secondly, as a server you have to multitask. She was to busy talking to other people and not attending her tables. I askedfor napkins twice before I even got them. She also didn?t even ask if I wanted more to drink I mean I could have used a refillon my ice water after she messed up my order in the first place. Tried to bring the whole family here at 9:55pm on a Friday to celebrate my son, Lil Ricky?s summer school graduation. This BBW... said it was open until 1am online, and tonight was a very special occasion, so we chose to have a later dinner. The whole familyshow up with high hopes and empty stomachs to be greeted by a piece of a paper taped to the door saying ?closed at 10pm due tounseen circumstances.? Just like that, our night is ruined. No dinner, just pain. I have never seen my son so devastated in hislife. Lil Ricky may never be the same, and it?s all Buffalo Wild Wings fault. Maybe update your hours online if you feel likechecking out early on work on a while the manger is out of town. Your an embarrassment to the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the food. My only complaint is after several visits of getting the same thing, they just do... not seem to give that many fries with your order. I thought it was just a one off and let it go but it happens everytime. Iknow it seems like a nit-pick but I just don't want to go back anymore and I don't want to be "that person" that brings it upthere. Read more
Friendly staff. I visited here a couple times with coworkers as we were in town several weeks. I only went during later hours... around 9-10pm. So, it was never crowded around those times though people were still putting in orders whether in person oronline. So the food was made to order the wait time was around 20 mins which was pretty reasonable. I would get the AllAmerican Cheeseburger and added Potato Wedges for an additional price. The meal comes with regular skinny fries. The food wasfresh, hot a little salty but good. 2 burger patties was worth the price. The bar staff is also cool, friendly and attentiveeven late nights. One time I even had an issue with ordering online, as I completed the order I had no confirmation that it wascomplete only that the money was gone from my card. I went inside and they did not have my order in their order system. Themanager came out and immediately corrected the issue, took my order and gave me my food. Satisfied with not too much of ahassle. And of course TVs for your gaming desires. So, if you're in the area and are tired of the fast food burgers check themout. Worth the couple extra dollars. Read more
So Apparently this buffalo wild wings has never had people from outside of PA come to its establishment. They didn't accept my... ID because it didn't adhere to the expiration date of PA's. Arizona's IDs don't expire until the person turns 65. If you comehere and are from out of state don't expect to drink alcohol unless you plan on switching over your driver's license. Read more
