Drive thru only open. We were asked to pull forward no cars behind us. Waited as the employee looked out the back door with no... order. Still waiting, she returned with a bag saying eggs wouldn't cook. Needless to say, the food order was wrong. forgotfrench toast sticks and eggs were not hot in our sandwiches. Walked to drive thru window to ask for our food .Was then walkedout by a manager saying sorry and gave us more has browns which we didn't even want. While sitting there, only one other cardrove thru. I'm in food service myself. I tried to be extra nice, but this wasn't right. Why not give a free meal to ensure wewould come back. They weren't even busy. Read more
Definitely not a fast or effective service. If your struggling to staff and can't keep up with individu orders. Close or raise... your staff wages to attract people. Read more

September 18th 4:00 lady manager was extremely rude to me she couldn't get the order right and then blamed me for being nasty... because I had to tell them how to get the order right about three times and she tried to shame me indirectly by making pretendto be speaking to?? NEVER AGAIN!!!! I went to the drive thru and after I received my order noticed a whopper was missing. I kindly showed the... manager my order and showed them my sandwich was missing. She had a very mean attitude. I returned home to find out there wereseveral bites taken out of my sandwich!!!!!! So I returned again and the manager said she was hungry!!!! She ate some of mysandwich!!!!! HOW SICK!!!!! She started yelling at me and said she would never serve me again or she would spit in all of myfood!!!!! Nice Burger King location. The restaurant looked new, or at least renovated. The interior was modern with nice seating areas.... The exterior also looked new. The workers were nice and friendly. The place was not crowded, so we got our food fast. Everythingtaste good and seemed fresh. I needed additional ketchup so I asked at the counter, the server was friendly. Read more
Absolutely outrageous how a newer location doesn't allow indoor dining or the option to come in to get food lazy workers.
