I used to love getting their chips & salsa with take out but it?s not worth it anymore. It used to cost about $3 and you?d get a... good sized bag of chips & a reasonably sized cup of salsa. However, now the hogs charge well over $5 and the cup of salsa is nowhalf the size of what it was a few years ago. Soon it?ll be a Dixie cup. I?m officially done doing that. Met my son for dinner the other evening. Chilis is my guilty pleasure chain restaurant. We haven't been here for several years.... I always eat half my weight in chips and salsa! My margarita was delicious as usual. Our food was good, but honestly I don'treally go for the main course, I go for the chips, salsa, guacamole and Margaritas! Our server was great! The food was okay. I got the nacho appetizer that cost $10, for a barely any meat and a dollop of sour cream. While they were... good, they absolutely were not worth $10. My family and I got a second dish of chips and were not aware of the $5.29 charge. Itwould have been nice to know that before we ate them. If you go here, make sure you ask about price before they put anythingdown on your table. Read more
First time at Chili's. Food was amazing, service was more then 5 star's. 3 of us on my birthday the price for 3 meals was under... $45. Will be going back and recommended it to others. Read more
Waitress was fantastic and food was very good.

This review pains me but it has to be done, they can't all be good. My wife kids and I love Chili's Grill and Bar, just not... this one. It was the first visit and probably the last visit for this location. Very not impressed with just about everyaspect of the service, the food, the staff and the overall experience of this meal and by the end we wished we would have goneto eat somewhere else which is sad because Chili's restaurants are usually one of our go to places when we don't know where elseto eat. I also usually put a lot of pictures into my reviews as well but this meal went bad so fast I just was not in the mood. I just wanted the meal to be over so we could leave. The one pic that I did take and post was of the nachos that we orderedfor our appetizer and I use that term loosely. I've had better nachos at a carnival and on top of that they were burnt as well. We never saw a whole lot of the waitress and the excuse that she kept on giving us for that was that it was shift change, sorryChili's but if this is how shift change effects your service delivery your going to have trouble staying in business very long. As a family we ordered two orders of fajitas, my wife and daughter the shrimp and chicken and my son and I the steak and shrimp. Normally we love the fajitas because they are sizzling very loudly when they come. This time they still were but barelyprobably because it took forever for our food to come. The food also not that great. It was burnt and like I said before notthat hot either. Apparently we were not the only patrons that were displeased that evening either because as we were leaving weheard another table across from us asking to speak to the manager which usually 9 times out of 10 means someone is not happy. Disappointing? We just ate at chilis to celebrate my husbands birthday. The hostess that they had on duty was the rudest person... I?ve ever met. She did not acknowledge us except to ask how many. She had such an attitude, it wasn?t hard to see she hates herjob. The other couples she sat around us said the same thing. The salad I ordered had a lot of bad lettuce in it, it was gross.The kitchen should never have served it. I hate bag lettuce it always have a chemical taste. Our server Adam was friendly andefficient. I know it?s hard to get good help these days but restaurants must be desperate to hire that hostess. Overallexperience was mediocre at best. You need to better Chili?s. Read more
