This chipotle has been struggling for sometime. From and fly in my salad to raw white rice. One day I went there 2x 3 hrs in... between,first time no black beans no rice the pinto beans looked dry and disgusting. Then next time I came in the same nasty frypinto beans the white rice was half cooked and half raw. And the whole place was a mess there was old food and sauce and riceeverywhere, glass was spatter with meat juices and more sauce. Showed up to eat and I was told I had to order online or through a app. I downloaded the app and it wouldn?t let me create a... account so I ordered online. A waste of 15 minutes. It gave us pickup time of 15 minutes it took over 30 minutes and when Iasked why they said they ran out of steak. The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The lady helping me was extremely rude and tried to rush us out as quickly as possible.... I got a burrito the size of a hot dog for 9 bucks. Put barely any rice, cheese, and lettuce on the burrito. Avoid this specificchipotle. It is disgrace to such a typically amazing chain. Read more
I ordered a burrito, Mexican coke, chips and queso. I get two bowls with what looks like last week's left overs. They ran out of... the coke and because I ordered through the app they couldn't refund me for the coke. My fault for not searching through the bagbefore hand. I?ll start with the service was good, quick and efficient. The food was not too bad. My daughter said the chicken was all spice... and no flavor. The restaurant smelled like sour milk, every table was dirty, trash was overflowing and the beverage/utensilstation looked like it had not been wiped down all day. For a fast-food burrito chain, Chipotle is dynamite! Their hot salsa is no joke...and I can eat some pretty spicy stuff.... Reasonable prices makes me wish they had locations in Canada. Read more
