Do not go! they only offer 5 different donuts, the shelving for the donuts was so empty and this is at 745am. Very let down... with this. Also, 6 employees and 4 people inside waiting to be helped and noone came over to serve us. The guy in front of mewas paying cash so he couldnt use the electronic machine to place his order, he ended up leaving the store because of poorservice. When we finally placed our order, we got our coffee but then had to wait extra time for them just to box up our donutsnot to mention i had to remind them that we were still waiting for the donuts. We will not be back, alot of other choices thatserve donuts and coffee in this area, not worth it to us. Read more
Hanover Dunkin sucks. To many young kids who dnt care. They cant be cleaning their coffee machines because I baught a coffee... there and got half way through it and dark gooey looking stuff came to top tht was the end of tht. It was thrown away. Moneydown the tube. Wouldn't recommend!! Read more
It's incredible that my pregnant wife can stand at the counter for 8 minutes when no other customers are there before someone... finally takes her order. What the **** are they doing in there? Sleeping? Then it takes them another 5 minutes to put donuts ina box. Terrible service. Read more
Staff is alright it?s just they had no donuts that we wanted bad service and we wanted are coffee with more sugar and it tastes... strong don?t recommend it Read more
Not much to say...its a Dunkin. Their iced tea was good and they use packs of Splenda instead of scoops. Big plus in my book... because the scoops are never right and my tea tasted terrible. Read more
My Donuts did not look" Very Appetizing Today" I expect better from Dunkin Donuts.
Nice staff but dirty place. I couldn't even find a place to sit because the chairs were greasy. There are at least 6 people... working back there. And there was no soap dispenser in the men's bathroom. In the end I just could not buy anything, knowingthat the staff are not washing thier hands with soap. Read more
I do not recommend this Dunkin. I work very close to this Dunkin, and the last 4 times I have been there, no one comes to take... my order. They say they are not allowed to take my order and that I have to use the kiosk. Whenever I order from the kiosk, itwill not scan my rewards. So the last 4 times I?ve ordered from there, I don?t get my rewards. Not to mention, you cannot fullymodify your order on the kiosk. This morning, one of the employees told me I have to wait before she takes my order because theyare very busy in the drive thru, and that she is not technically allowed to take my order, but she will anyways. So I told her Ididn?t want to be complicated by any means, I would just like to have my drink modified correctly and my rewards this time.Also, my drink was wrong.
