Mate I came in and wasn't greeted by anyone and eventually ended up just sitting down at a table because no one came up and said... anything. Then a rude lady came up and with a lot of unnecessary attitude took our order. Place wasn't even close to busy so Idon't see where that frustration came from. We were eventually given a menu and my brother picked out a cheeseburger with bacon,which he did receive only it was a half digested cheeseburger in a cold hot dog bun. My chicken sandwich was dry, bland andcold. Just overall a really bad experience, the place could use some better management. Read more
Dining during the week is always a good idea, almost never any wait and the service is great (as usual) and the food is brought... out quickly, too. Food at the Hot Weiner is always delicious and reasonably priced. Read more
Stopped at this neat looking place in transit since both my wife and I were in the mood for a serious hot dog. French fries were... good, waiting time was fine, but the dogs came covered in finely chopped onions, buns were dry and cold and...the hot dog,though it was hot, had absolutely no taste. This place was kinda strange. I guess as a outsider we didn't really get "it". Everything is served on a bun. The hot dog had... almost leather skin on it. It was good just not what we expected. Staff was friendly. It was on the expensive side for hotdogs,burgers and fries. The fries portions are huge so keep that in mind when ordering. We didn't know and hard a ton fries. Read more
