25 min wait turned in to 52 mins. I ordered set n sour chicken but there was no sauce and the fried rice was edible but... horrible. Until this evening we have always had great experience at the restaurant the staff was always friendly and professional, until... this evening. We ordered the orange chicken and when we opened it up it was completely disgusting and we lost our appetite. Myhusband called and said that he was bringing it back up, we have always received chicken from this restaurant and it was neverthis disgusting. The woman at the front was so rude and disrespectful and said that over 20 years and no one has ever complainedexcept for him. Reading the reviews on this restaurant apparently he is not the only one that has complained. If anyone everasks what’s the best place to get Chinese food in Hanover we will definitely not recommend and we will not ever come back tothis restaurant after this experience. Read more

Ordered orange chicken and it was horrible, but what was worse is the way in which they treated us when I brought it to their... attention by calling and asked to either order something else OR refund the order. They said no one ever complains and werebeyond rude. They told me they had to see the food before giving a refund or even taking the order to replace it with somethingdifferent. I returned the food, without replacing with anything as the manager was dismissive and could have cared less that thechicken was nothing but hard batter and broccoli was raw. DISAPPOINTING AND MANAGEMENT IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL - POOR CUSTOMERSERVICE. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!
