Sub was great. The " kids" working need more supervision. My husband waited 1/2 hr to get his sub. Come to find out, the girls... working the grill, gave his sub to their friend that came in 25 minutes after us. This is completely unacceptable!! Read more
First of All, I don?t like that they do not clean the slicer between orders.Coming from a culinary background, that is... cross-contamination. They could at least wipe it down from time to time. The slicer had a variety of meat scraps on it. Iordered a #26- it was supposed to have lettuce and tomato and they did not put any on. Not sure if they add salt while cookingit, but could use less salt. The sub was good, but would have better with all the ingredients on it. Read more
I ordered giant Philly cheese steak. It took 23 minutes for order to be filled. Steak was burnt and tasted bitter. The bun was... less than average. There were very little onion. We will never go back to Jersey Mike's again. Read more
Stopped in here last weekend expecting it to be as disorganized as the Gettysburg location. Was pleasantly surprised by the... professionalism and speed of at least them gentleman on the slicer. He was directing the crew, running the slicer and buildingthe sub, and keeping things flowing at a quick and steady pace. Our subs were good and while the grumblings of the crew aboutactually having to work was slightly disconcerting, was an overall good experience. Kudos at least to the person running theshow that day. I love Jersey Mike's. I have for years, but my experience has been the Outer Banks and the York, PA locations. This location is... strange. I swear the subs are just a bit smaller. And, unfriendly workers. But the thing that really gets me after two visitsis the absolutely horrendous customer service. It's terrible. No smiling faces, no friendliness, no interest whatsoever ingiving me the customer even a modicum of respect. They will talk to one another and seem to be either enjoying each other'scompany or they're annoyed by a co-worker but that annoyance doesn't come close to how annoyed they seem to be by me and myorder for simply 2 regular subs. It's probably worth the gas to drive to the York location where I am not made to feel like I'mthe worst part of these people's day. Read more
I?ve always heard of this place but never actually been to a Jersey Mikes. If it wasn?t for the coupon that I stumbled across... one day on my windshield I would have never tried it out. Jersey Mike?s has been my go to for many many years and I am so thrilled that Hanover finally has one! The team working through... the rush of grand opening today had my sub, made perfectly, ready to go on the order shelf right at the time promised via theapp. Despite the large crowd of people every employee had a smile on their face. The location next to target in Hanover, is by far the worst service I?ve ever received at a fast food chain. Not only did the 5... people working take 20 minutes to make one sub for the people before us but they ran out of lettuce for that customer becausethe kid working was stoned out of his mind and put ten gallons of lettuce on the 3 subs he made while I was there before theyrealized they didn?t even start the first customers order. The employees aside from the one red headed gal in the back actuallyworking, appeared to be stoned. After 20 minutes waiting for my sub the one thing I asked for was hot relish and they addedsweet peppers. If these people want 15 dollars to make sandwiches maybe they could try it sober.
