I have been hesitant to leave a review, here goes. I appreciate the amount of young workers in the Workforce here. However, the... last 3 months the evening shifts are not carrying their weight. The drive through line is long, there is some young person withdirty fingernails that is working the drive through, the fries are stale, the burgers can?t even melt their cheese, and the foodtastes like it was pre made and set to rest for awhile. If that is the case I am not sure why the drive through takes 95 years.I am not a habitual fast food diner, but this McDonald?s has not disappointed me over the last decade until recently. As busy at this McDonalds gets I'm surprised that they are as efficient as they are. My order is always right, the food is... always hot, and they don't even skimp you on the sauces. Read more
At 1043pm on Saturday October 1, 2022 ordered Big Mac and Mcnuggets, got home, settled on, ate mcnuggets. Went to eat Big Mac,... lifted bun to add ketchup to notice the burger looked like a bite was taken out of it, check next Patty and same thing. Got backin car, no one answered at drive thru order box, so drove up to first window, waved down manager she told me through window theywere closed, it was 1153pm, they are suppose to be 24 hour store and she couldn't fix order, she did say she would put my namein book for free Big Mac, does me good for after work meal. Simple order messed up Qtr. Pounder and forgot sauce for nuggets. Went inside to get corrected was told they were out of the... requested nugget sauce. Then my nuggets were dry and old as hell. Not good experience. Read more
Theres a guy who runs this place. Not sure if he?s the location manager or a shift manager or what. He?s in his 30s ish.He had a... few tattoos on arms and long hair up in a bun . He runs a tight ship. Iv heard him run some meetings in the dinning room whileI?m eating a few times .This last one he went over all the changes going into December, signage, schedules, expectations forthem and there teams, marketing tactics and reason for the company doing what there doing. Went over a lot more I could list allday. He explained the why behind the why witch is a big deal to low Income jobs or associates feel like it?s pointless andunimportant. The crew seemed engaged throughout the meeting. It?s impressive to see someone get his team excited about thingswith little motivation. People work for money, It?s mcDonald?s, I?m sure they don?t make much. This guy needs some recognitionsand the opportunity to take his career to the next step. At the end of his meeting he took everyone?s feed back to heart andtook his crew challenging some of the cooperate plays as a positive thing. His management style is spot on and he empowers histeams. This is rare with fast food joints. If I had room on my team I would recruit this man, make him and offer he couldn?trefuse. Read more
