Took my kids here as a treat today but before my 2 year old took a bite of his burger I discovered what looked like a bite mark... on the patty. I called and talked to the manager and she immediately dismissed it as just a chunk taken out (probably while onthe grill) and immediately offered a replacement. Even if that was the case, someone still put it in a bun and wrapped it upwith no thought whatsoever that maybe you should just make a new one, I mean it's already a small burger but now there's a bigchunk taken out, it would be hard to miss. It caused a massive tantrum with my son because I wanted to err on the side ofcaution so I threw it out. No, I don't want to pack my kids back in the car and wait 25 minutes for 1 little burger, I knowthat's the standard scripted response to a customer complaint but what I really want is my 15 frickin minutes of peace back thatI would've had while he was eating his burger. Third strike and this McDonald?s is off my list of go to places permanently. After getting home my drive thru order was wrong... yet again. Not just one item but some missing even though they were ordered and paid for. They messed up our drivethru order. Didn?t give us our sweet tea, apple juice and pineapple smoothie. We kept on going back to... request our stuff and they were nonchalant about it!! Just laughing amongst themselves and never apologized. I will notrecommend this location! Read more
I rode my bike 4 miles to get a delicious fountain soda and the lobby is closed. No signs up mentioning it is closed. The outer... door is unlocked so you can walk in like a dummy only to be denied by the inner door and a worker telling you to do through thedrive thru. That doesn't exactly work for this dummy on a bike. It's hot and I'm thirsty. Read more
Drive through was horrible. Girl taking the order kept cutting us off while we were trying to order and wouldn't let us talk... telling us what we wanted and then didn't even get the order right. Manager was rude and basically threw my food at me. Thisisn't the first time this has happened at this location. Food was also cold and the fries were not filled. I hate ever having to go to this location!!!! Nobody is responsible enough to let you know if a lane is closed in the ordering... drive thru so people sit and wait without getting to order. I sat in line for 20 mins waiting to pick up a mobile order only fornobody to answer. Mobile order is supposed to save time right??!!! Then after trying to get someone's attention by knocking onthe glass of the window in the drive thru to have the employees just look at me. So now we are out of time and can't even get mygood that I ordered for my family. This place is useless they employees obviously are horrible I highly recommend never goingto this location!!!! McDonald?s To all those who venture towards the land known as south Hanover with a hankering for hamburger. This specific... palace of patties is truly one of a kind. After coming off a cold, tank running a bit low, I began to crave a burger from whatis not my usual spot for food. What started as a mere craving turned into one of the single greatest fast food experiences atMcDonald?s I could?ve ever asked for. I placed my mobile app order and entered the drive through line. When I reached thespeaker my order was confirmed and then | I was asked if I would ?like to change anything.? | this was huge because during myorder placement I forgot to take of some ingredients that don?t sit well with my pallet. Would?ve really ruined the night forthe young man. After making the necessary changes, courtesy of the young lady behind the speaker, I picked up my order from athorough yet not overbearing young man who made sure I had everything I needed. I ordered a quarter pounder meal but as I droveaway I was looking for my chicken sandwich because I could?ve sworn I just left a Chick-fil-A drive through. Great stuff southHanover McDonald?s.
