Waited a half hour for a mobile order, which made me late to work, just for it to be wrong. Ordered on the mobile app, loaded my two and I into the car. Got there at 7:02 and I checked in at 7:04. I watched multiple cars... come and go through the drive thru as my two kids and I sat in the car at #4 waiting for our food. Finally at 7:25 I got out andapproached the window. Advised them I had been waiting over 20 minutes. She said ?they?re just waiting on the drinks.? Foodfinally comes out at 7:30. The guy said ?we are slammed, we just got 7 DoorDash orders.? That?s not my problem buddy, I?m awaiting customer at the restaurant. I should be higher priority than the DoorDash orders. Stopped in after work at 10:30 says it's open until 11. stood in the lobby for 15 minutes and only caught a glimpse of someone... hanging around in back. At some point someone else came through the drive through and I hear them rudely mocking the woman thatapparently had the same thought I did. Waited another 5 minutes before leaving. If you are ordering breakfast ahead for pick up you should do it at least 20-30 minutes before your arrival cuz it takes... forever. I ordered it like 10 minutes before and I had to wait for 20 more minutes at the palace for my food to be ready, so Idon't see the point of Mobile ordering if you will have to wait longer at the place. Spent over 30 minutes just trying to get food from the drive thru on the way home from camping with kids. They locked the inside... doors 30 minutes early. The lady taking orders needs more training. She kept adding the opposite items we asked for like amcdouble instead of a double cheeseburger. My double fish filet meal ended up being a single with no sauce though I never askedfor no sauce. And she couldn't even figure out how to take the items she added wrong off. Read more
I stopped at the drive thru of this McDonald?s after a very long day at work and was absolutely starving. After ordering my food... the woman very kindly apologized ahead of time for the wait and explained they were very short staffed. When I pulled up to thewindow to pay, the woman who took my payment apologized again for the long wait, which honestly wasn?t even that long of a wait!And then at the next window when getting my food, that woman apologized too. Both of the girls I talked to were so sweet andprofessional and the food was prepared perfectly! It was a very pleasant experience, even though they were probably getting abunch of angry people and having to work their butts off! Keep up the good work! Read more

I typically only visit this particular McDonalds for breakfast, so as for the quality of the food and beverages (ie the Carmel... Machiatto/Hot Chocolate/Breakfast Burritos/Egg McMuffins) they are always delicious and warm, not boiling or too hot to eatbefore you get to work. The main downfalls of this McDonalds is the morning rush wait time. For as quickly as they work, theemployees do a really great job at getting the orders correct and keeping the line moving. However, that doesn't mean you won'tfind yourself waiting a bit longer than you may have time for. So if you're in a hurry, you may want to check out the length ofthe line before committing to the wait. Dining indoors is not an option for me, as I personally do not typically care for theatmosphere created by many of the regular local customers ????????
