When you're looking for a great lunch — especially with all those soup, salad, and breadsticks available — you gotta... consider heading over to this OG! The place felt great, was nice and clean, and had excellent service. They were on top ofeverything we needed, from mixed drinks, to fresh food prepared the way they do in the old country (see commercials of old). Igot a little tipsy with a drink, but I'm not a heavyweight anymore, except for... you know... being heavyweight. Anyhow, thesame meals you know for dinner are available for lunches. Boyfriend and I went here for our date night, we’ve both never been and I can say that we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server... was super friendly and attentive. Breadsticks and soup were amazing. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would and it’s a shame because my family and I loved this restaurant. We ordered food... today to go and got 3 salads that were frozen and soggy. The salad had been frozen. I am sure whoever packed it must HAVE seenthat they were no long editable and should had been thrown away and remade NOPE they put it in my bag. We got 2 soup and saladwith bread sticks. And our son parm chicken with a salad. The extras we asked for wasn’t given to us. I call in after myhusband returns from picking up and talk to the manager Matt whom was very rude and short. I told him i couldn’t bring it backdue to my husband had to go to work that I could tomorrow and I could send him a picture today. I told him that the salad hadbeen frozen it looked soggy and not editable. He told me that they wasn’t frozen. Basically arguing with me. I asked for arefund since the meal was ruined he told me he would give me a gift card through my email after we hang up. He sure did a $15gift card which didn’t cover half of what was ruined. I also loved how when on the phone with my husband at time of pick upthe girl that brings the food out is basically begging my husband for a tip! Pressuring him to tip her! Definitely need to getbetter customer service at this restaurant! I called corporate and they took care of me! Hopefully things get better will be along long time if we do decide to return! **** UPDATE**** March 10, 2022 I called guest relations and they told me that theywould refund me on 2/26 and they have not! I had to call back into them yesterday and request a refund yet again. I am NOT veryhappy about this situation at all and I will NEVER eat at your restaurant ever again! Very dissatisfied customer! Only been to this location one time. It was okay. Service was a little off but not the worst. The food was what I would expect.
