I went through the drive through so rating inside was not possible. Got soup and a sandwich. The grilled cheese was really good... and both soups were tasty but the prices are a bit high for me. Terrible customer service. People that make the food should go take a food safe course. They should know when not to touch there... face then our food w there gloves. The two female managers are very rude No customer service. The only nice person is themanager named Roth. Read more
This Panera seems to be but smaller in seating than around Lansdale but it?s probably due to how they separated the dining... room. Either way, my experience here was good and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful. It was around 9:30am and myhusband wanted lunch but on Sunday they don?t start the lunch menu until 11am. The gentleman was very helpful by telling us thatthey are able to accommodate him but informed us the soup and flatbread pizza was not an option. Location is a bit weird sinceit sits on a main road but entering it is not directly into their parking lot. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Servicewas on point. Food prices are standard for the chain. Cleanliness needs a bit of little elbow grease in the ladies bathroom anddrink station. Overall it was a good experience. Read more

Do not go to this Panera. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru for one vanilla latte hot. They gave me an iced latte. Then took... another 5 mins to hand me a hot one that was only half full in the cup and tasted terrible. I tossed it out after one sip. Lookslike the average age of everyone working there is 15. Love love love this Panera! The food was top notch, my friend and I stopped in for lunch after some retail shopping, we had such... great service! Chuck is fantastic! He was the best part of our day! If you?re having a bad day go see Chuck at the HanoverPanera on Eisenhower! If you need to have a great laugh or just to smile go see Chuck! Please don?t ever let Chuck leave!
