Jen was our server. An absolute sweetheart. Checked on us periodically, always with a smile. Class act! Food came out what I... thought was pretty quick for how busy it was. Everything was spot on. Eggs were a delightful over medium just as I asked for. (I can't count the number of times I've had to send eggs back in other restaurants due to runny whites) The onion rings werefried perfectly. A nice bite through without the entire onion pulling out. Chicken on the sandwich was tender and my husbandreally liked that Perkins put the ranch in the side instead of on the sandwich. Kudos to the cooks! Only downside I can see is Ithought $11.49 for 2 eggs, 2 bacon 2 toast and hashbrowns was a little expensive, not to mention $3.29 for a glass of iced tea.However everything is move expensive these days. Well Perkins, Denny's all are the same. Perkins has a competitive menu and the food is hot for about 10 seconds and then of... course it start getting cold but what can you say. We had a table for five people which was to the left when you came in thefront door so the waitress that we had was really good. Read more

In the past I would have given 3 or 4 stars. This last time was a different story. The air conditioning was not working, it was... obvious but I had to ask. This is something you want to tell customers as they walk in, so they have a choice. The greeters atthe front are not very friendly. Food has always been good and service is a hit or miss. There has always been a problem withour bill at the end when we order the specials. I think we will pass on this one in the future. Read more
I love this place. I'm a tough breakfast critic, with Cracker Barrel being my favorite but they are nowhere near Hanover, PA.... Perkins is the best compared, beating out all other breakfast places in Hanover. Their pancakes have that crispy edge I like andthe servers I've had here are kind and really attentive. They also have really good tater tots and peanut butter pie! Read more
Food was really good. Even though they were short staffed I believe they did the best they could taking care of customers.... Management really did a good job of making sure customers were taken care of and fixing any problems. Read more
