Got 2 burritos n every single sheetz I order same exact item, Its somehow messed up. Whoever was working tonight....AMAZING!... Best ever...folded perfect n not even a single piece of filling fell. I placed a small food order (one wrap and a bag of fried pickles) and it took 27 minutes to receive my order! Every single... person that ordered a drink got their order right away, including 6 drink orders that were placed after I had placed my order,and yet my food order took 27 minutes. I wasn't the only food order that had to wait either. Every single person that orderedfood was forced to wait around 15-27 minutes or more to get their order while every single person that ordered a drink, even ifthey ordered their drink 5 minutes ago, received their order right away. I had a lot of free time on my hands while I waited 27minutes so I paid attention and it was obvious if you ordered food you weren't going to get it anytime soon. By the time I gotmy food it wasn't even hot. My total order was $11.55 and I think it's more than reasonable to ask for a refund considering ittook 27 minutes to receive my small order, but the store refused to refund my money. I love ordering fast food at sheetzbecause it's supposed to be fast and fresh, but I will never again go to the 1841 Baltimore Pike, Hanover PA location and urgeyou to not either. Read more
