My son wanted to try sonic for the first time so we decided to give it a shot, well wouldn?t ya know it, we waited in the drive... through line with several other and nobody was taking orders, finally an employee came out and said the headset was havingissues and for us to please pull forward, I thought great all these cars and they look understaffed, the employees are probablygonna be nasty to deal with, to my surprise, a lady came out, hand wrote our order and gave us the total!! She was awesome, verypleasant, friendly and just all around nice, we pulled up to the window only to find yet another smiling happy employee, verypleasant,apologized for making my ice coffee the wrong size,,,, it was larger then what i asked for!!! And then the food cameout nice and fresh and hot!!! He warned us to be careful especially if we were giving it to a kid because it just came out ofthe fryer!!!! That?s customer service, clearly they were struggling with the equipment but man their personalities and justawesome customer was over the top!!! Hats off to these employees!!! If I had a business that required face to face customerservice I would steal them from you in a heartbeat!!! Absolutely the one of the worst drive thrus in the area. I have been there a few times in the last 3 weeks HOPING it would get... better FAT CHANCE. Everytime I've gone there they have no onion rings, this time no onion rings and out of large cups. The ladyoffered me a medium but I declined. Went to Chik Fila instead. Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker and left without placing an order. This isn?t the first time. I should?ve known... better because today I drove past Sonic, went shopping at Sam?s Club, came back to Sonic and the same car was in the drive thruwaiting for their food.
