My son wanted to try sonic for the first time so we decided to give it a shot, well wouldn?t ya know it, we waited in the drive... through line with several other and nobody was taking orders, finally an employee came out and said the headset was havingissues and for us to please pull forward, I thought great all these cars and they look understaffed, the employees are probablygonna be nasty to deal with, to my surprise, a lady came out, hand wrote our order and gave us the total!! She was awesome, verypleasant, friendly and just all around nice, we pulled up to the window only to find yet another smiling happy employee, verypleasant,apologized for making my ice coffee the wrong size,,,, it was larger then what i asked for!!! And then the food cameout nice and fresh and hot!!! He warned us to be careful especially if we were giving it to a kid because it just came out ofthe fryer!!!! That?s customer service, clearly they were struggling with the equipment but man their personalities and justawesome customer was over the top!!! Hats off to these employees!!! If I had a business that required face to face customerservice I would steal them from you in a heartbeat!!! Absolutely the one of the worst drive thrus in the area. I have been there a few times in the last 3 weeks HOPING it would get... better FAT CHANCE. Everytime I've gone there they have no onion rings, this time no onion rings and out of large cups. The ladyoffered me a medium but I declined. Went to Chik Fila instead. Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker and left without placing an order. This isn?t the first time. I should?ve known... better because today I drove past Sonic, went shopping at Sam?s Club, came back to Sonic and the same car was in the drive thruwaiting for their food. Easily over a half hour wait in the drive thru, and it wasn?t even crowded. Strike one. Finally get to order, and I literally... had to repeat myself at least 12 times, because every time I ordered something, the girl in the window would repeat it back tome wrong...(for example, #19 with bacon, tots and a blackberry ginger ale...she repeats back ?did you want fries or tots? And apeach ginger ale? Bacon or sausage??) Literally took another 5 minutes to order because she wasn?t paying attention to the orderat all, only ordered 3 meals as well. Strike two. Finally get to the window, the girl has the biggest attitude ever and actslike I?m an inconvenience to her! Doesn?t even deserve one star, last time we tried to get food there it was a horrible experience and it hasn?t improved any at... all. Drive-thru service only and nothing to let you know that, waited at the drive-in for 15 minutes before we go tired of thatand went over to the drive-thru to place our order. Asked for onion rings, no onion rings, then tried to order the grilledcheese double burger and was told they couldn?t make that sandwich. But it was on the menu as available. Horrible experience!!! Waited in line for 30min because the intercom was not working correctly and/or low staff.... Had to use... the bathroom while in the drive through... disgusting. Finally up to order their chrispy chicken sandwich meal w/ Onion rings..."Sorry, no onion rings" For a drink, i wanted a Snickers Blast. " Sorry, Icecream machine is down"...... Why not put a sign up?????? After waiting 10 more min at the checkout window we finally get our food.... Bread on the chicken sandwich was rockhard!! And the chicken tasted like fish!!!!!
