4 employees behind a 2 register Counter. 1 register being used. 10 of us in line. They make one drink at a time. Even if you... order 2 drinks. 4 people. 1 drink it should be ambrosia. Their drinks aren't that good. I got out of line. Not worth the waitfor it if there is no line and at least 3 workers it may get be worth the 10 minutes wait for them to figure it out on theregister and make it. We?ve usually had a pleasant experience at this Starbucks; however, when we tried to get drinks there tonight they were out of... everything we asked for they weren?t making anything that needed a blender because they had already put everything in thedishwasher. It wasn?t quite 8pm. They were open for another hour. When we left Target both of the employees were sitting onthe side eating snacks and playing on their phones. If you?re open until 9pm then you should serve customers until 9pm and Thendo the dishes! Read more

Very bad. Joke around about the Frappuccino machine being down, yet dozens then ordered them and they made them, therefore, very... bad experience and WILL be going somewhere else! Their names are Kevin and Tiffany. Kevin lied, Tiffany was kind of better, butKevin, not so much! Read more
They do not seem to know how to make drinks correctly. Once or twice I wouldn't have cared, but every time I go it is messed up.... I don't want to have to go all the way to South Hanover to get my drinks, but I am going to have to.. employees at this one needtrained better. Read more
