Went by there today and ordered our food and got a table. Seconds after sitting down my husband got two bites in and I spilled... my drink and it knocked his food off the table. The manager calming got up and reassured us everything was okay (as I stoodthere like a deer in the headlights) and jumped into action cleaning it up. I offered to help him but he instead let us get anew sandwich and helped move our table. In the world we live in today this type of empathy was well needed. Wish I would havegotten his name but I was so embarrassed I left with my tail between my legs. That man deserves a raise. It had been a rough day & I wasn?t anticipating the employees to influence a massive shift... in my mood - but that?s exactly what happened. 2 of the employees, Kaliegh and Shana, were so personable and friendly that Ileft with a smile. My food was great, but my experience was even better.
