Ordered the mini dogs raw dough on the inside and burnt on the outside ???? not happy. Went by there today and ordered our food and got a table. Seconds after sitting down my husband got two bites in and I spilled... my drink and it knocked his food off the table. The manager calming got up and reassured us everything was okay (as I stoodthere like a deer in the headlights) and jumped into action cleaning it up. I offered to help him but he instead let us get anew sandwich and helped move our table. In the world we live in today this type of empathy was well needed. Wish I would havegotten his name but I was so embarrassed I left with my tail between my legs. That man deserves a raise. This is hands down the best subway that I have EVER encountered! I was amazed at how polite a d respectful ALL the employees... are. I usually love this Subway and get great service, but today when I visted around 5pm there was a new employee working. He did... everything he could but his trainer seemed to not be helping him much at all. My sub ended up cold because I don't believe thenew employees trainer showed him properly how to use the toaster, my sub was also a loose mess when i opened it because histrainer also happened not to teach him how to wrap the sub properly after being made. As I mentioned I usually love this Subwaybut a cold chicken sub is quite a terrible experience. Read more
Hi I am one of the owners at this Subway location. On Eisenhower Drive in the Walmart. I want to address our recent Google... reviews. Frank Moran. I just want to be clear that you have the correct Subway location. I am questioning this because we donot have anyone that would cause a language barrier and we do not have a restroom in our location. If you could clear this upfor everyone that would be great! Went there today while my dog was at grooming in the same shopping center. Seemed clean and tidy. Restroom was clean as well. ... The food was about as good, fresh, and clean as you would find at any Subway. I say this with absolutely no bias or whatever,but language communication with one of the sandwich artists was nearly impossible without pointing to what was requested. Thesecond sandwich artist, a young woman or older teen, pretty much had the personality of a cinder block. Came in to grab dinner the other day. It had been a rough day & I wasn?t anticipating the employees to influence a massive shift... in my mood - but that?s exactly what happened. 2 of the employees, Kaliegh and Shana, were so personable and friendly that Ileft with a smile. My food was great, but my experience was even better. As someone who works with the public, I can appreciatethose who go above and beyond for their customers - & that?s exactly what both of these girls did.
