Subs were good. It was clean. Kind of odd atmosphere, but they were nice and the food was good and seemed fresh.
I'm from over an hour away and had to pick up 5 subs for the family. Im always sooooo stressed out at subways because i feel so... rushed and anxious while placing big orders...but not this one! They had me totally calm and were very patient plus our substurned out great! Cookies were good but i do remember them being alot fresher/softer the last times i got them. Highlyrecommend!! Read more
Used to have great food, been going there since the opening, now there lettuce is always brown, even at 12 noon. There meats... over cooked and dried out. Even the cookies got worse. I'm not sure what's going on there, but it's been like this the last 4times. Read more
This Subway in McSherrystown was your typical Subway, nothing overly special, but what did stand out was the extreme cleanliness... of the store and the kindness and pleasant demeanor of the employees :) The food was great along with the service, an all around5 star experience! Read more
For me, the whole point of ordering ahead on the app is saving time. Other Subway locations place your order on a rack, so you... can just pop inside and grab it. But this location doesn't do that. Your order is kept behind the counter, which means you waituntil an employee is free to bag it up and hand it to you, surrounded by maskless customers in a busy spot between the registerand the soda fountain. I shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes to be handed the sandwich I can see sitting there. Really frustrating. Read more
This Subway has fast service, friendly employees, and offers everything you'd expect from a typical Subway. Anna in particular... made our experience excellent by creating a delicious good looking sandwich. The cookies here are also baked fresh so Irecommend picking a few up with your order. Always got good subs here, but today was different. The tuna footlong was "missing" the tuna. Barely quarter inch tuna on sub.... I've always got tuna subs, love their tuna. Don't know what happened this time. Read more
