This place needs a visit from corporate and the local health department. Workers standing there texting, then eating food on the... line with gloves on then proceeding to make customers food. Major health code violations. Not to mention this place is filthyfrom top to bottom. The worst of all is the manager standing there on his personal cell phone, making us wait for more than 5minutes to be acknowledged. GET IT FIXED! Read more
This will be my last visit here. Went inside, waited 22 mins for food..meanwhile the workers are fighting with each other and... customers are walking out. Oh and after waiting forever, they also only had 3 nuggets in my son's kids meal. They couldn't evendo that right. Read more
Whoever the manager needs to reward and commend the workers on 10/30/22! They were INCREDIBLY short staffed. They mainatained... their professionalism, hustled to work in store and drive thru, and put out good food! Store is cutely decorated and I willalways love a goof Coke One machine. Employees are always polite and accommodating BUT! the computer is literally always down so they can?t take my order or only... accepting cash it?s been like the past 3 times in a 2 month span. i feel like the company should have a better handle on it. plzfix this so i can enjoy wendy?s when i crave it once in a blue moon lol Read more
Ordered a Bacon pub cheese burger and it was literally just a burger on a bun. No sauce or topping that comes on it. I usually... went to the Wendy?s on Baltimore st. because the Wendy?s on Eisenhower is dirty and my foods never right or fresh. Always tastesold and is cold. Chili and nuggets were hot and fresh. Dining room was sort of clean. It's everything you'd expect from fast food, however...... something crazy happened, and I'll recount it below: My father and I were having a sit-down lunch with 4 other guests in thedining area. We were talking our time and ended up being the last occupied table at 1:30 pm. I remarked that it was oddly notvery busy on a Saturday. As we talked about the lack of patrons, we noticed the employees were missing, as well. The speculationwas that everyone was in the back prepping or cleaning, but that at least one person might want to clean up the diningarea. Then, I saw a young man trying to enter the restaurant. The doors were locked from the outside. He was poking about theperimeter seemingly looking for a way in - no employees to speak of. He left my field of view and consequently my thoughts as wefinished lunch. We left. We were outside getting in the vehicle when the 'perimeter-poker' came up to us and asked if we werealso trying to get in and have up. "No," I shared. "We just came out." "I ordered online. I can't get in the door, reach anyoneby phone, or make contact with anyone in the drive-thru. They have my money and my order," he said. The three of us noticedthat no other cars were in the lot. No activity was noticeable from outside. No person from Wendy's appeared to be on thepremises. We left. 4 stars for the food. 3 stars for cleanliness. 5 stars for the unsolved mystery. Read more
Absolutely poor management!!! Of the last six times I've visited they have managed to get the order wrong four times and when... you bring it to their attention it's as if you're bothering them. Poor business!! Read more
