If it's going to take 40 minutes to make a burger in the drive thru maybe tell your customers that before making them wait in... your lot forever. I waited 20 minutes "at the back" and finally tried to enter and the main doors were locked. Finally get intothe restaurant and my order wasn't even started yet. So I waited 20 minutes for what? I usually don?t complain. I went there on 11/2/20 around 9:00pm. I ordered a Whopper with Cheese heavy all with NO tomatoes. I... informed twice and when the young man handed me my order. Well I get home and my sandwich is loaded with tomatoes. I noticed onthe wrapping that it was crossed out no tomatoes. Ok they made a mistake which could have cost my husband life. I called askedto speak to the manager. He stated he was the manager. I asked his name and he refused to give me his name. He told me I didn?tneed his name. He hung up the phone. I went back and asked for the manager and asked the your man the manager name. The managercan to the window still refused to give his name. I have them their food back and requested my money back. Incredible service always fast and very friendly, Probably one of the best Burger Kings in the area, hands down recommend.
