Food is decent, service is fine considering they are packed and understaffed. Clientele sucks. One guys answers his phone on... speaker talking to a grandchild. Another answers a very loud phone and the third guy watches a video on speaker and I couldactually tell what video he was watching. If you want a better experience, pay more and go to a higher rated restaurant. Read more
Most of the time this place is dead... And for good reason... The servers there are on their phones more than they're doing... there job... I will say I went today and our server, Erick was f'n awesome. Full of energy super kind and working his a$$off... He filled up our water and made sure we were alright. I wanted to get a double burger with chicken patties instead and hetold me I'd save money if I got the build your own and did it that way. That was such a nice gesture! If there were even 2Ericks working there, I'd guarantee you will see the parking lot filled up like it used to be... Listen up management! Read more
If I can rate my experience 0 stars I would! Never are we eating in this establishment ever again. I am not one to usually leave... a review but it was that bad from the start. Once we were sat at our table we noticed our silverware was dirty food still stuckon the utensils so we asked for plastic. Our drinks come and as my friend is drinking her sprite I notice the glass lookscracked so I go and look at it come to find out it?s a long black hair! I mean never have I ever found hair in my drink of allplaces. Then to top it off I?m now looking at my cup and I find another long hair in my drink at this point I?m disgusted andthinking this was intentional. I look at my friend like I need to say something we need to go she gives me that look like let?snot make a scene so we continue to sit there hoping are food comes out okay. Then our food comes my friend ordered bonelesswings and she notices well looks like they improvised that and they decided well let?s give her chopped up chicken strips withbuffalo sauce. Just horrible service! Then at this point we stop eating the server Eric who was very pleasant might I add bringsus to go trays as I?m packing my food here goes another long hair. I swear you can?t make this up! I wanted to then make a scenemy friend was like let?s just go! Horrible, horrible, horrible! I still paid for the bill might I add and didn?t say anythingbecause my friend gets embarrassed easily! The only good service we had in this establishment was our server Eric! I want to start w/ saying that Erick D did a wonderful job at serving us and his work ethic really shows .. i hope our full tip... goes to him ???? but me and my friend were really disappointed at the food and drinks .. cutlery had food stuck on it (asked forplastic) count of 3 hairs found in our food NEVER HAVE I EEEVVERRRR HAD A HAIR IN MY DRINK !!!!please look at the cameras if youthink I?m joking .. I cringe still thinking about it ! I was served chicken strips cut up to look like boneless wings and theywhere cold ???? the celery was brown at the tips simply looked old ! I have not ate at a dennys in over 10 years and I wassimply reminded of why that was.. we didn?t even want to complain it was just so much to say that the people around would ofjust been disgusted ! Felt very bad .. wasn?t pleasant at all it was so cold in there also then to top it off went to pay andthe young lady was just so spaced out and ignorant couldn?t split our bill and came off so rude. 2 stars is probably overrating. The service was horrible. We had to wait 40 minutes to get refills on drinks. Then we had to wait another 45 minutes to get our... check because every one was chit chatting by the counter. When we were leaving they over charged us on our bill and the ladybehind the counter had an attitude about it because she had to do a little work. So my wife and I said we are not coming back tothis Denny's anymore and the lady behind the counter had said good we don't want you. Nice really good customer service.!!!!!! Read more
Horrible experience I?m 8 and. We had a very nice young lady as our waitress. Food was good & not a bad price. Personally, I think their drink prices are high.
I will not ever come back here. I ordered online through the website to be told that my order was picked up by an Uber driver... when I arrived. How they could make such a mistake as to let my order be picked up by an Uber driver is beyond me. They werekind enough to re-make my order, but I would be disappointed yet again when I arrived home and realized that there was a missingitem. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from here. Never again. Read more
