I don't think they have a cashier inside, I come here to meet with some friends almost every week to work on some projects (this... is our middle ground). We obviously consume bc I won't be sitting there for free, every time we probably wait 10 mins beforesomeone even acknowledges us, some times other people taking orders out or taking trash pass by look at us with no word spoken,least could say someone will be right there with you but no Is like you're a painted image. It's temporarily closed due to construction. I placed a mobile order. Nowhere on the app or Google does it say it's temporarily... closed. I drove into the parking lot and the rude construction guys laughed at me and told me to leave. I just wanted aMcChicken, man. Not a fun time. ???? Read more

Not too smart. There was a long line at the drive-thru and I was picking up a mobile order. As soon as I get to the window, they... said that the thing I ordered is not in stock so they canceled the order. They then said that they can charge me for a differentflavor. Ordered a chicken platter. The young lady who took my order was not that helpful and she didn't seem to have answers to... questions about options or suggestions. The bakery ladies were helpful and knowledgeable when Inalsonordered a cake for a party.Overall the food was good, the help at the deli counter need more training. Read more
This McDonald's has been recently renovated and has a Playplace so I took my family to check it out. Here is my review: It... wasn't busy, there was only one other person in there so I was happy that I wasn't going to have to fight with 500 people. Theyhave the new "order yourself" kiosk which would be nice when it's busy, but since we were alone we just went to the counter.There were two ladies working. One in the back, and one in the front, on her phone. So she took our order, and food came out.Walked into the Playplace section and it was FILTHY. Halfed chewed burgers on the floor, all the table were messy so I justgrabbed some napkins and wiped it, and scooted the food on the floor away with my foot so I didn't step on it. Went to getantibacterial wipes, gone (picture). Food was normal, no issues. And the new Playplace was pretty awesome! No claustrophobictubes and mom and dad has no problem playing with the kids. Had a cool piano sound maker and toddler area. Packing up to leavewe go to the restroom. They updated them in a very modern style, but they have one giant stall and the other one is so small youcan barely turn around. Well, I went in the larger one, which was pretty dirty, guess what... No toilet paper (picture). So Iwent to the smaller one for TP and had to go back to the larger one (I had a toddler.) So this wasn't the best experiencecleanliness wise. They also pulled the "Ice cream machine is broken" line. Irritating. Pros: New Playplace, Order Kiosk, Plugsfor your phone to charge (picture) Cons: Dirty everywhere, employees obviously not cleaning even though is wasn't busy. I would leave 0 stars if I could . Old Hispanic lady at the 2nd window For Breakfast hours Should be fired or moved to the... kitchen . I?ve worked @ McDonald?s too & never in my life I?ve charged a costumer for 2BBQ sauces NO MATTER IF THEY ORDER DIDNOT COME WITH SAUCES. Cause she said ? your order didn?t come with any sauces . On the next im charging you ? & rolled her eyes. Oh & not to mention they didn?t add hot sauce for my burritos when THEY SHOULD?VE. This is the 2nd time she does this , Nastyattitude .
