First of all, this subway was so clean and cheery. Jay was so amazing!!! We watched as he washed his hands, speaking with us in... a polite and friendly manner. Went to order party subs for an event I?m hosting in Hanover Park. Needed enough food and drinks for 30 people. Person who... answered the phone told me they can?t accept orders that big over the phone and that I had to come in to order and pay. I don?tlive near there. Was told I couldn?t pay over the phone. I used to get subway on a regular basis but the last few visits to most I?ve noted they are going down hill. This one is short... on fresh, cheap on toppings, ice machine was broke and pop is flat (no carbonation). Too many better franchises- Jersey mikesor chipotle would have been a better choice. Great customer service. The guy working was really nice. Subs were really good too. Store was clean and ingredients looked... fresh. We went in at 8:20 tonight and everything was in stock and looked good even tho it was almost closing time. Definitelywill be back again. He even got my picky son to try some new ingredients! If I could zero stars I would. I am a Subway regular and this is the WORST Subway I have ever visited. The young man taking my... order was beyond rude and simply belligerent. Everything was a problem for him. He said he couldn't do a salad. I only wantedlettuce, cucumbers, and olives but he just charged me for a protein bowl even though there wa no protein In my meal. This is a horrible Subway. Don?t ever ask them for extra ingredients because they will charge you. I asked for extra pickles &... this Subway refuses. They consider extra as 3 extra pickles. I hope you like your sandwiches plain & low on ingredients. I havegone back a number of times hoping they were only having a bad day. This place does not care about their customers.
