Ordered ahead online went inside to pick up order and waited 15 minutes before I got my order and I had to ask about it 3 times... before I got it. The poor girl making the wraps etc was working alone and obviously stressed???? while there were many co workers standing watching her instead of being kind enough to help her!! This tim hortons has gone downhill since opening it's storefront is now normally closed as of july 2022 due to "staff shortages"... if thats the case for the slow service then it has had staff shortages for almost 2 years Read more

The management seems very poor, I frequent this location and have heard employees being screamed at in the back room. The... employees are always sweet to me, but their morale appears very low. I can see why they are short-staffed, as I wouldn't want toever work for this management. Read more
I would give this place 2 stars because the foods and drinks are ok when they have what you want. I don't mind a wait, but... regardless of how polite you are the staff is 75 percent of the time rude, gossiping and complaining. I've seen people do farharder work and complain far less. Glad I don't drink coffee here and if it wasn't for the prime location far less people wouldgo here. Poor management if any at all, rude condensending and racist remarks have been reported. 24/7 truck stop version of Tim?s. Happy to stop in on my late night sales trips passing by. Whole facility has great washrooms... and Janalee and Krissy were amazing friendly and high energy that made the interaction great this mid night. Great job allaround.
