This Wendy's recently went through a refurbishment. It's unfortunate they did refurbish the rude staff. Placed my order online... of pickup in the dining room knowing their drive thru wait times are ALWAYS miserable. Got to the restaurant and doors werelocked. Had to use the drive thru after getting yelled at by an employee out of the window. Definitely not going back. Theyjust put some lipstick on this pig! Read more
I genuinely like Wendy's. Today ordered online pick up for lunch, all doors locked, ended up having to go through the drive... through to pick up. Pointless to order online if you have to wait 10 min in line at the drive through with everyone else. Askedif the dining room was open. "Yeah, but not today." No reason given. Read more
This is the second time I have come here recently. I arrived around 1045 and tried to dine inside. Both times the door was... locked even though the sign says it opens at 1030. While going through the drive through I watched several other customersattempt to go inside. Might want to change your sign if you are not going to unlock the door at that time. Additionally, theywere out of all cookies both times and the woman taking orders sounded like she would rather be anywhere else but there. I don't care how it is outside, I always have 2 large chilis!! I get regular or spicy chicken nuggets...that depends on my... mood.???? I was there 2 days ago. I ordered the 10 piece spicy nuggets and fries. The fries were terrible. I didn't know until Igot to work that only 4 of my nuggets hot and spicy! They put them on top of regular nuggets!!! Read more
If you're looking for a place that's slow and need to get out of the home for a while waiting for food thats either overcooked,... undercooked or not what you ordered... then this is the Wendy's for you. Your average wait time is at least 25 minutes. Thestaff is curt, to the point, Loud, and don't bother with pleasantries. Great place to relax away from the kids since thebathroom is no longer a sacred place to catch up on my reading. Read more
I give up on this location. I tried to be patient because it?s close to my job, but I?m done. They are not open when they say... they are supposed to be, and the doors are regularly locked when the app and even the signs on the door say they are open. Ijust wanted to pick up a mobile order, which everything said I should have been able to do inside the store, but the doors werelocked at 3pm. No one inside acknowledged me. They didn?t answer the phone. And the drive through line was crazy long and slow. Read more

Sometimes things don't go as planned, the corrective measures taken with tequila at this Wendy's was absolutely amazing! I only... wanted to make her aware of something but she went the extra mile to keep me coming back for more of these delicious burgerswith no tomatoes LOL with smiling staff all over the place and clean establishment I'll definitely be back!
