Generally love their drinks and food, i di wish their pastries appeared on DoorDash but otherwise excellent
the girls are way better at making drinks. every time i place my order with a man at this location it tastes wrong.
I've been a customer of black rock for over two years. Normally the staff is even more amazing than the coffee. In the last... couple months, things have gotten bad. At this location in particular they've given me a wrong coffee. Specifically I always askfor a coconut milk latte, and they've given me a mocha several times. You can tell when the sugary mocha powder is added to adrink. Pic from my last coconut latte - which ended up being a mocha - attached. This morning I ordered my usual large coconutmilk latte. The cup was only half filled. I could feel when the barista handed me the cup it was half empty. Half the cup isfoam. Pics attached. Long story short... Black rock is amazing, but this location sucks. $7 for half a cup of coffee... Notgood. Read more
I haven't had the coffee or bought anything. I used the outlet under the drive thru window to charge at night. When your... homeless. Your not allowed anywhere. There is no place to charge your phone to keep track of what day it is or know what ishappening in the world. Homeless people are constantly kicked out of everywhere and our rights are violated while there are noservices or money to help anyone. No one has kicked me out of there so far and that means a lot. I don't give good reviewsunless they are deserved. This Black Rock didn't chase me off or call the cops to report me stealing electricity. Everyoneshould have access to electricity. No one should go without anything when others have everything. Everyone should be equal. Everyone should have a home, a car and be healthy. No one should be treated like a slave or lesser because of race or how muchor money they have. Everyone deserves to be free from prosecution of laws that are written by false Gods. False dictators. Good stop, my kid loves them. My only complaint is that they don't take your order until you're at the window, so the drive thru... can be a bit slow. Read more
Went to black rock in happy valley the open sign was on still had two min before they closed . One car ahead of me getting... their order that took at least 5 minutes and when I got up to the window the rude guy tells me. Sorry ( shifty smile on hisface) that was our last customer for the night. There was nobody behind me they could have taken my order considering I was inline before the open sign was turned off. The coffee is good and they make a variety of drinks for all y'all that gotta do that iced, or blended thing... I tried their... energy drink this time. It's very similar to a red bull, but you can add the flavor syrups they have available. Not bad Read more
Very welcoming coffees amazing. A good spot to read a book and relax. The staff awesome
