Best sandwiches around! Portions are great! Medium is equivalent to a large in other places. Quality of the meat is great! Fries... are wide thin slices of potato, different cut style than most other places but tea good. Coleslaw is good. Wagu steak and Turkeysandwiches are definitely worth getting. Read more

Good menu?horrible customer service. I tried it three times (I always give new restaurants a second chance) and actually walked... out after the three teenagers running the front ignored several people trying to order. They were on cell phones and notworking (quiet quitting?) this is a complete failure of management and HR for hiring such non-qualified people. Need to callundercover boss! I would give the menu a good 4 stars, but I?ll never go back after three horrible experiences. There are 3-4other places to get good sandwiches within 1/2 mile. Read more

This is the place to go for gourmet sandwiches. My favorite sandwich is the wagyu roast beef - I salivate when I think of the... sweet peppers. You can't go wrong with the Bobbie either - Thanksgiving on a sub! I expected longer wait times with this being anew location and staffing is a nightmare, but my experience here has always been great! Read more

Not sure why the reviews are so bad here. I used to work in Reno and loved coming to Capriotti?s for a cold Bobbi and I went in... for the first time and it was perfect!! If anything I?d say they over stuffed the sandwich a little bit too much. But thisisn?t meant to be a clean sandwich so I did what I was supposed to and obliterated it. Will be back a lot! Read more

Got the wagyu cheese steak. Almost all meat, very little cheese; peppers and onions were almost non existent. Super salty. I... don't think I'll ever buy this sub again. Jersey Mike's makes a way better sub for considerably less. Fries and tomato bisquewere decent though. $25 for this sub, soup and fries is way too much for what you get in my opinion. Was hesitant going in with the current reviews but hear me out. Place is outstanding. The carved turkey and wagyu beef was... perfection. The fries were thinly cut and perfectly salted (no need for chips). First time here and now going to be aregular. Ask for the cookie to be warmed, came out gooey and perfect cherry on top for whole experience. Staff was superfriendly as well. Read more
