Kitchen took time to make sure the burger was made well and not just slapped together, and the lovely gal at the counter brought... me a fresh hot order of fries to replace the older ones without me even asking. Excellent service! Read more
Horrible waste of money and time. Drive thru took forever!! I wouldn't have minded the wait if the food was good, but that was... the worst. No flavor, in the burgers and nuggets, and the fries tasted old and stale. I understand it's fast food, but Wendy'sand even McDonald's is leaps and bounds better than that garbage we ate last night. Unfortunately have to say terrible service, Was out of all the Hand breaded chicken Sandwiches somebody not ordering, Not... accommodating, Out of a lot of things. Attitude, Is bad customer service. Ordered 3 chicken tenders because they were out of allof them. That was all that they had. And to be fair they were overcooked and Dry at best. Had to pay a $1.40 Extra charge foronion rings But were @ best terrible, We're dry And fell apart. Mind you I Asked for everything to be fresh and it was not.And management did not want to do anything about it.update 9.11.22 still very bad,prices r outrageous ???? people need tostand up ,for lower prices and higher customers services .why do customers put up with this. Was way better than McDonald's. Fries were fresh and crisp and I could tell that my burger hadn't been sitting already made. ... Plus the girl behind the counter didn't treat me like I was just one of the hundreds of customers she had to talk to that day,she was nice and polite! Read more
I just love the Big Carl and the burgers are always flame broiled and fresh and the employees here are very good I'm getting my... order correct and always get plenty of napkins! Read more
