I usually love chipotle, but this one always makes me so sick the day after. Just go to the other one in happy valley, it?s... newer. After eating this for dinner I tend to not sleep at because my stomach hurts. Then I never get to sleep in, because it?stime to run to the bathroom. Wow horrible customer service. My child has celiac disease. When I asked for the gluten free protocol the worker had no idea... what to do, the supervisor told her but she proceeded to keep taking the wrong ingredients, not the ones from the fresh binsthat she got out and set behind her to use. 3 tries to make a burrito bowl. Then when we said you have to grab the lettuce fromthe bin behind you she got angry and turned around and threw the bowl in the trash and stormed off abandoning us and the line ofcustomers mid service. Once we got the right bowl, it took forever, there was barely anything in it but lettuce and nobody saida word to correct how we we're treated. Don't eat at this location if you have an ADA or food allergy because they will treatyou like straight trash when you ask for a safety protocol for your disease. Worst experience I?ve ever had at any restaurant ever. I love chipotle but these employees treated me and my friends like... compete garbage. Gave almost no rice or anything else as seen in the photo. Blonde girl, one with piercings, and short one gaveso much attitude to my friends who were extremely respectful just trying to get food. They were blatantly rude, and didn?t wantto even help us. They closed the dining area just because they saw a larger group of us all dressed up. Everything about thesepeople was evil, and it?s like they wanted us out when we walked in. Dry food, tiny portions, and extremely disrespectful(coming from someone who doesn?t usually care). The guy at the checkout asked my friend why she needed 4 forks for the 4 bowls,and then proceeded to ask if they were all for her. They kicked out some kids apart of our group because they didn?t have masksand refused to give any (the law does not permit to kick people without masks if they don?t have any to provide). I can keepgoing but what?s the point. Horrible place and employees . The one thing that Chipotle has always done well is their packaging. The new container for the quesadillas is great. I got my... food through a delivery app because I'm currently in quarantine, so unfortunately it was much more expensive. I really enjoyedit overall. My only big complaint is the quality of the steak. You pay extra for this steak that is unfortunately poor qualityand quite gristly. Overall though, still enjoy it, just a bit overprice.
