They should close at 9pm. The staff are done at 9pm. They start cleaning stuff at 9pm. There is more importance on the team... leaving fast than customer service. If you aren't going to offer a full service, full menu experience because staff want toleave fast. Then just close earlier. You are punishing customers who want a 9:30pm burger because the staff want to get home 10minutes quicker. There were 6 people on staff, I have a feeling that they can clean after they close and still get it done inless than an hour. This is just bad management in action. They messed up everything. Gave me cold food and then sent me to acoke machine that was also shut down. Don't charge people for 30% of the work. Never going back here again. Read more
Always late. When you're late once or twice it is not a big deal, when you're late 10 or 15 min it is no big deal, but when... every time I order it takes 35 to 45 min then this is just bad. Today I came in for a pick up that was placed 45 min ago and theorder was still not ready. Read more
This would be our second time waiting for over half an hour for burgers. The first time was about three weeks ago. I waited very... nice and patiently for 44 minutes, received my burger and fries and thanked the two workers for the food. Everyone waiting (like15 people) were getting fairly impatient and I was just very grateful to not have had anything pressing to do within thehour. This time my wife waited for a half an hour for two burgers. She said that there was one worker who was working hard andthe other one wasn't doing much. She said that other people came in and got their food and left before she was ever handed ourburgers. She ended up having to go ask about how much longer it would be and then they grabbed the bag of burgers and handedthem to her. She was now wondering how long they had been sitting there getting cold while she was one of very few folks in therestaurant. I think that if these burgers were able to be offered to us within a reasonable amount of time, this review would bea four/five star. If they can get those times down, it would be a lovely place. This place is horrible over priced there is only one good manger there an that is Jackson Jason is a horrible manger rude an... very disrespectful I would never go there again food is burnt an over cooked I use to work there also they re-label the foodthat is out dated the upper manger jr is horrible not a good person at all I do not recommend any going to this locationwhatsoever Read more
Five guys is without a doubt my favorite burger. This location doesn?t have very good customer service. Today they made me a... little cheeseburger instead of the regular cheeseburger I ordered and was charged for. When I brought it to their attention,they offered to remake the burger, but I told them I was hungry and didn?t want to wait another 10 minutes for a new one becausemy kids had already started eating and would be done by then. I expected them to offer to at least give me the difference back,or offer me a free milkshake or something. Instead they just said ?OK sorry?. Another time, I bought dinner and shakes for meand my three kids. My six-year-old immediately dropped her shake on the floor, spilling it. I sort of expected them to justreplace the shake after the amount I had spent on dinner, but instead I had to pay for a new shake. Read more
Overall it was a friendly, attentive staff, with the food being presented in loose packaging and packed into one bag with the... french fries scattered throughout the bag. To be more specific, I ordered 2 milkshakes which were both flavorless and very thin. Also, they did not look appetizing and 5 minutes after recieving the flavorless milk shakes, I tasted it and was dissapointedwith it lack of flavor and overall presentation. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes and pickles, this item wasalso dissapointing as the cheese had not been melted and it was cold but the tomatoes and pickles looked fresh and of highquality. I ordered the large fries which had a ton of seasoning, they were room temperature and were just tossed in the bag withonly a handful in a paper cup at the bottom of the bag. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers 1 with Bacon and 1 without. The one with baconwas cooked appropriatly and had high quality fresh sliced jalapano in it which tasted grilled (delicious). The burger withoutbacon tasted overcooked on both patties, but the vegetables tasted fresh and were of high quality. In the end, most burgers wereeaten except for a bit of the patty of the one without bacon (I was hungry.) The fries ended up being half eaten because again,I was hungry and so was my partner but the seasoning was too much. One Milkshake was consumed and the other was thrown outafter suffering through a few gulps. Unfortunatly, even though the staff was friendly and attentive, I will not be going back toany Five Guys because this experiance has made me sour upon the food. Read more

Worst five guys I have ordered from. The burger was undercooked yet somehow dry, and it took 20 minutes to to get my order after... i arrived even tho I ordered on the app 10 minutes before walking thru the door. When we got there the place was empty and theysaid it would take 4 minutes more and then they finally started making my meal.... And the fries were minimal, I have gottenmore fries in a little order then I got today and I ordered a regular. Read more
