I recently purchased a small catering order for a work event. I used to work at here for over a year and know that it gets very... busy this time of year, so I called ahead and asked the manager if they had time to make the order to be picked up in a hour. Ishowed up at the designated pick up time my order was not even started. Their was no line either which was confusing, eventhough there were 5 employees there. The service I received was abysmal and would not recommend ever eating at thisestablishment. Ever since I quit, this place has severely dipped in quality. There are far better sandwich places that I wouldhighly recommend. Management at this establishment needs to be seriously evaluated. Would not recommend? Read more
Usually the sandwiches from here turn out alright, but there are a couple large issues with this store in particular; number... one: they leave open the bread rack most days, letting the bread dry out. This is their worst offense, and pretty inexcusable.The other thing is their unwillingness to ask what you want on your sandwich. It's like they're trying to get your sandwichclosed as quickly as possible, and I have to shout out my toppings before it's too late (my first Jersey Mike's experience wasat this location, and so I had no idea what I was missing out on because they gave me no clue I had to ask for Mayo/Mustardseperately). Every other Jersey Mike's I've been to makes extra sure you're getting the sandwich you want. First time here with my son. Pleasantly surprised by how good it was, and wondered how this place had missed our radar. I got... the Chipotle Chicken ???? and he got the famouse Philly Cheese Steak. We had them cut in half so we could each try both. Theywere super good, and will be in regular rotation for our takeout days. ???? Read more
This location used to be better but the quality and consistency have drastically declined. Lately our orders are wrong or... completely forgotten, so they have to make our order from scratch when we arrive to pick it up. A lot of folks who work thereare just standing around looking clueless. This latest time I went, the bacon in my sandwich was pretty much completely raw andI got very ill after eating it. Ordered online awhile ago and when I picked up my order I realized once I got home that all of my order was made incorrectly.... Called the store, explained what happened and was mailed free sandwich coupons. Used one of the coupons on 11/8 without aproblem. Came back 11/9 and was told the coupons weren?t valid. The ?assistant? manager stated that I would have to pay for myorder. She then tried to confiscate the coupons as if I spent time forging/printing them off at home. The coupons are also validfor numerous locations so I?m confused as to why she chose not to accept the coupon and make me pay. Very annoyed that I spentmy money after being given the coupons due to this locations mistakes. Read more
Went yesterday and was very disappointed when I watch them swipe all the extra lettuce, oil, vinegar , spices, bread crumbs ... back into the lettuce bowl. When I said that seems yucky cross contamination. 2 girls snapped at me saying that is how wewere trained. I don't like the seasoning or soggy lettuce ????
