Placed an order for an 11am pickup, supposed to be open at 10, nothing too crazy but still about $90 order. I placed the order... yesterday. They straight up just didn't come to work today apparently. It's my wedding day and I was trying to feed everyonehelping set up this morning. It left us scrambling for an alternative on an already logistically challenging day. Absolutelyunacceptable. I'll deal with getting my money back later, including the 25% tip I left when placing the order in the firstplace. Terrible. Read more

I am literally outside it right now its 8:30 pm on Monday sep 27th I placed an order online and they called me immediately... saying that thier delivery driver has car trouble. My wife asked if they would just make it and we come get it they said no andhung up. I drove over to just make an order in person and at 830 when your close time is 9pm I see 3 employees making sandwicheswith the doors locked and are sitting at the tables family style. I and a Sous Chef at a fine dinning restaurant downtownPortland I get the end off the night itch. This is unacceptable. One is a Hispanic smaller guy about average height with a puffydark blue coat, another is a white person with bleach blond hair, and the third I can see is a heavy set black man with glasses.Clearly need to do some re-training. They did a great job on providing a great sandwich and they delivered extremely fast. I was going to order from the one on... Sunnyside road but the service there is horrible. My location is only a half a mile out of the range for the one on 82nd andthey hooked me up. Go to this one instead as long as it?s not too far away. The young lady on the phone was very customerfriendly. I will definitely order from here again. Read more
We have ordered from our local Jimmy John's for about two years. In the past we were very satisfied with the food and service.... Not any longer. The last three orders have been late and the only reason they delivered at all is because we called. Today'sorder was late ,again, so I called. I was told the delivery driver left ours at the shop, no call from them. One order that wenever received wasn't delivered because they ran out of bread, no call! We are done with Freaky Fast Service.
