I came in and ordered my soda on the kiosk then used the restroom which got them the second star it was clean. I came out and... asked about my cup and they treated me like I was lying. I had to find my receipt for the number I knew was mine and then stillmade it difficult. Treat someone like they are a thief over a soda, keep up the good work. Read more

This McDonald?s is the quickest and most efficient that I?ve been to. The difference? They have a morning crew of Hispanic... ladies that work so cohesively that even during a rush you can get through the Drive Thru in less than 4 minutes. Read more
I actually visited yesterday and today. Yesterday, I liked the store looked like a corporate McDonald's with classic music... playing at a soft level. Their restroom was clean, well stocked and operational. The service was prompt and there were no weirdshenanigans. I returned this afternoon expecting the same level of service. However, a young male employee wished me a niceday. That can be a code to get the receiver of said greeting to comiit to buying drugs, therefore they lost one star. Read more

Terrible late night product quality. I ordered 2 bacon Mcdouble's and a snack size m&m mcflurry. The burgers have half a strip... of bacon each and the mcflurry was basically just cold cream. There was no ice cream like consistency whatsoever. Very verydisappointed Read more
My parents are in their 90s and they love McDonald's Filet-O-Fish and Caramel Sundaes. When I arrived after placing a mobile... order, I pulled into one of the mobile order spaces and followed the instructions on my phone resulting in my order beingpaid. I waited for 10 minutes before the food was delivered to my car. The male employee apologized for the wait. I quicklyaccepted the food, drove .2 miles to their home, and brought the food in. Then I saw the ice cream was melted and the sandwicheswere lukewarm at best. I don't mind waiting as long as my food is fresh. I waited 10 minutes because someone forgot to bringout my order. Please see pics. The appropriate action would have been to remake my order and alert me that there was anissue. I've had similar issues at this location before this event. I called the location and was told that the manager wouldcall me back. I have yet to receive a call. Read more
I go here because the kids like their fries. If I can go to other locations I do, this one is always so slow. Long line or just... 2 cars ahead it?s still a long wait and you can?t even leave if you change your mind, you are stuck. Also, the food was neverhot even when we waited, so it?s not a long wait for hot and fresh food. Read more
