Customer service is always fast and friendly at this location. However when i visited today i saw they had a 2 people in the... lobby at a time rule (due to covid 19), which i think is great. There were people inside just waiting the entire time whiletheir pizza is being made, making it impossible to come in and pick up or check if your order is ready while following thisnecessary rule. Please ask customers to wait outside if their order is not ready or they are not conducting current business, iwish folks had the courtesy and thoughtfulness to do it on their own but sadly it looks like they will require prompting Lovethe employees here and quality/speed of service otherwise. Walked in to order pizza, waited 30 min with no other new customers, and they still hadn't started making my pizza's. Customer... in store should always take priority over making pick up pizza, especially when no one is showing up to pick them up ???? Idon't care if Uber Eats has orders! They're not here, it takes less than 5 min to make a pizza to go for the paying customer infront of you. It's a trend I've been noticing, good way to lose my business!! Read more

The staff is clueless. Ordered online. Scheduled for 7:25. It's now 7:55 and they are just starting on it. This is ridiculous!... Seriously. Staff doesn't know how to interact with customers. They literally looked like the three stooges running around incircles not getting anything done. They didn't even put the pizza together very well because they were so rushed. Either therewas no manager there or staff hasn't been trained in customer service. Got out of there at 8:00pm. 35 minute wait for an orderI was supposed to be able to run in and pick up because I ordered prior to going in. Read more
