Stood for 15 minutes wanting to order food no one helped me this was not OK
So I was in the bathroom and I heard I believe the shift leader or manager belittle they're employee saying hes not gonna make... it in this industry i don't handle that stuff very well. I walked out without ordering anything I will not be coming back tothis Pizza Hut just because I had horrible service I waited 15 minutes and wasn't helped. I shall also add that the female thatwas working seemed sick she should not be working because of cross contamination. This is my strike three. I will be telling myfriends and family to go somewhere else cuz this was absolutely ridiculous. I would love for something to be done aboutthis. This happened on Monday evening nov. 7th 2022. Pizza Hut has made me happy for having a store in my area since I feel the other stores have shut down and the employees at this... store are very kind and respectful and quick at getting their orders out... All your staff is very appreciated! Read more
This location really needs to get their stuff together. The staff is very friendly and do the best they can but this company... seems toxic to work at. Multiple times in the last 6 months we?ve ordered from the sunnyside location and when we go to pick itup we are stuck waiting at least 2 or 3 times longer than expected because there is only ever ONE person working. At all timesof the day too. ONE person having to do everything! That is unacceptable in my book. Those poor workers seemed neglected by thiscompany and overworked. My girlfriend and I stopped by here yesterday. The staff worked well, they were friendly seem to work together in harmony. They... were polite, respectful, and quick in preparing the food. If I ever decide to live in the area, I would definitely make this mynumber one spot to order pizza. I have not ordered from Pizza Hut in almost an entire year. I reside in Happy-valley, but aftervisiting this location, Pizza Hut will continue to remains one of my favorite places. Read more
Horrible service for quite some time but today wE ordered a pizza and it was delivered almost 2 hours later when it should have... been delivered 1 hour before. Called to check status and they said it would be delivered shortly. Called again in 30 mins andthey said it had been delivered - but it had not. They gave me to the manager and while on the phone it was delivered cold. When I complained that this was unacceptable when we are less than a mile from the store and that we won?t be ordering from themanymore, the manager said - fine and hung up. Read more
Worst pizza of my life. We've given them so many chances to get it right however we always get pizza that is overcooked/burnt,... hard and crunchy, lacked toppings, etc. They have no pride in the pizza they're selling and they scrimp on the toppings. Buyfrozen pizza instead! Read more
Last night was one of the best Pizza Hut experiences I?ve had in years and everyone who was with me agreed, staff was really... nice and the pizza was cooked perfectly and followed order notes perfectly, it was done on time with no issues. Would definitelyrecommend this location and will return in the future for sure. Read more
