After having so many bad deliveries and wrong food from Independent drivers like GrubHub and doordash it was a huge comfort to... to get the food I ordered and have it delivered directly to my door without any fuss, also the pizza was exceptionally good. Read more
I dont know what happened to the quality ingredients of pizza from the hut. It is horrible. The Canadian bacon is now slivered... ham the Italian sausage is weird tasting squishy. The black olives are so tiny cut in 1/8 each olive. Really I paid with tip35.00 for a pizza that wasn't edible. What happened to my favorite pizza place? Last pizza I will be ordering . I have never had to leave a negative review but what I experienced was outrageous. I placed an order for a large pizza, cinnamon... sticks and garlic knots. My order arrived, I tipped ther drive $4 CASH and took my order. When I opened my food I recieved mypizza that was undercooked and two orders of breadsticks with no marinara. I called as I did not recieve my items, person on thephone did not want to deliver correct items and offered to credit me cinnamon sticks and garlic knots, I said fine and that wasthe end. Forward exactly one week and I still had not received my credit so I called the store to ask. They told me that theysee my order and it was only for a Large pizza. I explained that I was looking at my emailed receipt and they again said it wasonly a large pizza that was ordered. I asked them why I was charged $33 for a large pizza and was informed that it was because Ileft a $13 tip! They put me on hold when he realized that someone tipped on my behalf and then hung up. I called back and nobodywould answer, so I of course kept calling until eventually a woman answered the phone. After explaining everything again shetold me there was nothing she could do about it. SO BEWARE IF U ORDER FROM HERE AND KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AND WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT! Iam shocked that this is something a franchise would tolerate. I READ OTHER REVIEWS AFTER THE FACT AND SEE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLYCUSTOMER THAT HAS HAD THEM HELP THEMSELVES TO AN EXTRA TIP! Read more
Cold, old, disgusting pizza. We ordered a 2 topping pizza (jalapeño and Pineapple) but had bits of Bacon. I called the manager... and was rude from the start. I opted for a refund rather than having another pizza from that establishment. Read more
