Quick refreshments pick me ups needed post filling lunch. Popped in to get a few drinks for the family. The worker who took our... order was super friendly and patient. I always take a bit longer to order my drink and she answered my questions (they do rewardpoint system through clover app). Our drinks we're done pretty fast once ordered. I like how they go over each drink before thehandoff just to ensure you got the right drinks. Lobby was clean, bright, spacious with a few spots to rest your weary feets orin our case full tummies. I work at the mall and I prefer sharetea over the other places in the mall, they have a ton more options and are always... consistent. Customer service is never bad but not always outstanding which is fine. As long as I have my delicious boba I don'tcomplain! My favorite thing to get here is the wintermelon lemonade with aiyu jelly or any other tea without milk/cream addingtiny tapioca pearls as the topping. Read more

Homemade taro fresh milk we ordered so many times. But this time tested wired and it?s too late to call, so I called them next... day. I got the answer that ?they can?t do anything with it, because I didn?t call right away.? Hahaha we always ordered10+drinks and finish them in 2-3days. Are they saying I have to finish 10+drinks in 4 hours? Cause I got home at 4pm, they closeat 8pm. Crazy! What kind the customer service is that! How about those ppl order thru delivery app?
