Terrible customer service. If you're not going to take cash as a payment, then maybe it might be helpful to post a sign on the... door letting customers know your not taking cash, instead of having a customer wait in line, order then find out for whateverreason you're not taking cash. So rude! Asked if a mobile order was in the queue to be made (as I had ordered over 20 minutes ago) and the associate snapped at... me. Noticed the same thing happened with another customer. I understand if they?re understaffed or busy, I work retail as well,and the way I asked was very polite? not a happy experience. Stood there waiting for another 15 minutes. I stopped in to get some chocolate cake pops for my son, they are his favorite and unfortunately they only had 2 left, yes... something is better then nothing but wasn't expecting them to be almost sold out. I will definitely try again the next time I'min that area though. The store was very clean and organized well. Read more
